She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Spiegelberg and Sophia Spiegelberg (Much); her husband Herman "Bud" Nimmer; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Velma Nimmer; her brother Wally; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Spiegelberg.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Nimmer (Oshkosh), Peter Nimmer (Carrie) of Phoenix, AZ and Ann Nimmer of Fairfax, VA; her grandchildren, Leah Schneider (Derek), Lacey Oldenburg (Dan), Scott Nimmer and Max Nimmer; her great grandchildren, Ben, Ty, Drew Schneider, Kaitlyn and Brady Oldenburg; and her nephew Robert Spiegelberg (Janet).

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to either St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church or the Winneconne Historical Society.
