She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Gassner and Eileen Gassner; her mother-in-law Mary Geurts; her sister Joan Igl; and her sister-in-law Chris Gassner.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Geurts; her children, Greg Geurts (Kay), Carrie Gerke (Mark) and Kathy Weller (Dave); her grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Ray, Olivia and Matthew; her siblings, Sue Ansorge (Al), Kenny Gassner (Charlotte), Mike Gassner, Jo Bockin (Randy), Tim Gassner (Joanne) and Kay Guyant; her father-in-law Ivo Geurts; and also, Gary Geurts (Joanie), Denise Skuldt (Dale), Mike Geurts (Ann), Nanette Geurts and John Paul Geurts (Robert Stolt). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
