He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Verkuilen and Gertrude Verkuilen (Stark); and his daughter Jami Verkuilen. He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Fleetwood; his wife Charlotte Verkuilen of Winneconne; his sons, Michael Verkuilen of Appleton and Mark Verkuilen (Leslie) of Larsen; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Wessell (Austin) of Verona, Morgan Verkuilen (Parker Seubert) of Longmont, Colorado, Jordyn Verkuilen of Larsen and Addison Verkuilen of Larsen; his brother Tom Verkuilen (Julie Teclaw) of Winneconne; his nephew Tim Verkuilen; and also Pam Norton Verkuilen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
