He is survived by: his parents, Roger Marx and Diane Marx (Chase); his sister Cheyenne Herbert (Kent); his grandfather Charlie Chase; his aunts and uncles, Chris (Brady Bennett), Greg Hamilton, Glenn Chase, Karla (Al Andersen), Kathy (Tim Schroeder), Randy (Cheryl Marx) and Karen Marx; his cousin Chase Bennett; his pets, Zoey, Stanley, Gizmo and Miles; and also, Betty and Keith Weich. He is also survived by siblings; many close family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated for their daughter "Peanut".
