She was predeceased by: her parents, Dixon Jacobson and Kathy Jacobson. She is survived by: her husband Don Mathison; her daughter Alyssa Jarvis (Corey); her grandchildren, Kanah and Lyra; her daughter Mandy Collura (Jake Flett); her sister Bonnie Mueller (Dave); her nephew Jack; her brother Dan Jacobson (Karen); her niece Jillian; and her nephews, Dane and Jason. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, there will be memorial set up for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
