He was predeceased by: his grandfather Earl. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Millard (Tracy) and Lori Millard (Jensen); his wife Hannah Ashlee Millard (Engstrom); his daughters, Charlee Lou Millard, Oaklee Anne Millard and Roree Jensen Millard; his sister Megan Millard (Nick Lauer); his cousin Munko Jensen; his uncle David Vite (Jane); his cousins, Amanda Burke (Chris) and Gretchen LeMay (Aaron); his parents-in-law, Terry and Beth Redmann; and his siblings-in-law, Quinn and Jason Easton. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends, and fellow military brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established for suicide prevention.
