He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; his son Timothy; and his parents, Fred Kainz and Mary Kainz. He is survived by: his children, Lee (Patti) and Dan (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jason, Bryan, Wendy Lincoln and Lisa Pylkas; his great grandchildren, Layla, Bryce, Levi, Nikki, Harley and Spencer; his great great grandchildren, Chaance and Londyn; and his nephew Tom (Alona). He is also survived by nieces, other nephews, relatives and friends.
