He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Naczek and Dorothy Naczek. He is survived by: his siblings, Dianne Countryman (David), Timothy Naczek, Christine Naczek and Bob Naczek; and his nieces and nephews, Shari Countryman (Bryan Wolfgram), Shannon Moxley (David), Zoey, Alex, Josh, Jack and Grant.
