She is survived by: her children, Steven Hlavacek (Patricia), Denise McMahon (Todd), Sherry (Carl), Krueger and Corey Hlavacek (Cyndi); her grandchildren, Jason Hlavacek, Brian Hlavacek (Sarah), Danny Hlavacek, Heather Weiss (Nik), Ryan McMahon (Kristin), Floyd McMahon (Angie), Briana Beaudoin (Aaron), Kirsten Bendle (Tom), Amy Lehman (Jenny), Suzanne Baker, Dylan Baker, Rachel Guevara (Cabral) and Justin Hlavacek (Sarah); and her in-laws, Charles Petrie, Bette Morton and Nancy Jensen. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
