He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Kubik; his stepchildren, Kellie Kubik, Jodie Kubik and Chad Kubik (Lisa); his grandchildren, Serena, Alexander, Olivia, Caroline and Christian; his great grandchildren, Giovanni and Zamiyah; his sister Bonita Adamczyk; and his friends, Dave, Kathi Malczewski, Dan, Grace Janes, Tom, Sheri Pfeffer and Doctor T. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
