He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koebernick and Sophie Koebernick (Wendorf) of Wilton, WI.; his sisters, Grace Schell of Cumberland, Sylvia Von Ruden of Norwalk and Marion Jackson of Tomah; and his nephew Ronald Koebernick of Whitewater.
He is survived by: his caregiver Theodore Koebernick of Wilton; and his nephew Terry Koebernick (Cindy). He is also survived by family members and friends.
