He is survived by: his sons, Jason Maddix (Jennifer Clay) of Green Bay, Josh Maddix of Antigo, Jeremy Maddix (Ann Fryman Macha) of Fond and Lac; his grandson Blaze Maddix of Green Bay; his siblings, Pat Zaverousky (Sam) of Antigo and Rob Maddix (Theresa) of Custer, S. D.; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Maddix of Bryant and Diane Maddix of Bryant.
