He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Christopher (Kirste Johnson) of Seattle and Heather Cameron Ploen (Sean Ploen) of Saint Paul; his grandchildren, Peter Cameron, Miles Cameron and Poppy Ploen; and his brother Philip Cameron of Damariscotta.
