She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Grinnell and Doris Grinnell (Jacobson); her husband Robert "Bob" Nelson; and her son-in-law Tim Holmberg. She is survived by: her children, Mandy Holmberg, Dan, Jess, Cody, Alicia and Matt Nelson (Amy); her grandchildren, Brett and Morgan; her son Jeff Nelson (Chauntel); her grandchildren, Allie and Owen; her sister Lynn Vanda (Mick); and her siblings-in-law, Barb Kohl (Larry), Sandy Veenendaal (Jon) and Randy Nelson (Kathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
