He is survived by: his sons, Craig Bay, Rob Bay (Susan Hagnell) and Williams Bay; his grandchildren, Bridget Bartal and Graham Bartal; his brothers, Jim, Frank and Irvine; his sister-in-law Marlene Wright; and also, Arnold Hering of Bloomington, Kay Franz (Dave) of Bloomington and Heyworth.
