She was predeceased by: her husband John Hayes; her parents, James Kavanagh and Lucille Kavanagh; her brothers, Robert, Padriac and Larry; her nephew Paul; her niece Carrie; and her siblings-in-law, Gerry, William, Paul, Mary Jo, Barbara, Helen and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hayes (Deborah), Mary Zastrow (Darrell), Julie Hayes (Frank), Jane Smith (Jeff) and Trish Edwards (Rob); her grandchildren, Trevor (Amy), Josh (Jess), Ben (Mary Ann), Daniel (Amber), Jennifer (Jesse), Patrick (Taylor), Marina (Ikjot), Tatiana (Jake), Stephanie, Andriana, Lisbeth (Riley), Gabrielle and Madeline; her great grandchildren, Maisie, Josephine, River, Liam, Harriet, Zoe, John, Everly, Harrison, Andrew and Ellis; her sisters, Louise and Rosemary; and her siblings-in-law, Florence, Art and Jim. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
