He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth T. Horn, Jr. and Helen L. Horn (Hemme) of Willard; his wife Joanna Ellen McKinney; his daughters, Ingrid of Willard and Ethel of Willard; his siblings, Amy Leech (Timber) of Bourne, MA, Mary Gardner (Mark) of Willard, Jeff Horn (Nancy) and Matt Horn (Magdalena) of Mukwonago, WI; his parents-in-law, Mike and Doris McKinney of Willard; his brothers-in-law, Mark McKinney (Kathy) of Rebersburg, PA and Dan McKinney (Kelly) of Neillsville; and his goddaughter Ashley Hemann of Hudson, WI. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
