He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd A. Clark and Byrdine M. Clark (Nelson); and his brother Nelson Clark. He is survived by: his significant other Jeannie Larson; his daughters, Tobey Clark, Katy Erickson (Dean) and Beth Mittelstaedt (Brad); his stepdaughter Casey Larson (Mike Clausing); his grandchildren, Abby, Alek Erickson, Lexie, Lauren Mittelstaedt and Logan Clausing; his sisters, Crysti Benson (Dick) and Betsy Clark (Alan Cathcart); his former wife Laura Clark (Anderson); and also, Pam Trudelle (Tom), Michael Lindemann (Deb) and Kris Pinnerude (Leroy). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and numerous close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to plant a tree in Tom's memory, give a donation to the Wild Rose Milling Company Restoration Project (c/o Village Clerk, Village of Wild Rose, P.O. Box 292, Wild Rose, WI 54984) or to a charity of your choice in Tom's name.
