He is survived by: his son Bammersson Matthew; his parents, Tom Kemper and Diane Kemper (Neenah); his siblings, Daniel Kemper (Rachel) of Holmen, WI, David Kemper (Kelly Jo) of Neenah, WI, Scott Kemper (Alli) of Fremont, WI, Mitchell Kemper of Neenah, WI, Crystal Cole of Oshkosh, WI, Ryan Kemper (Erin) of Little Chute, WI and Matthew Kemper of Milwaukee, WI.; his friend Cody Schmid of Wild Rose, WI; the mother of his child Emily Rochon of Black Creek, WI; and his godparents, David and Gwen Freiberg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
