He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Steffenhagen and Mayme Steffenhagen (Reddin). He is survived by: his spouse Pat Bouchard; his daughter Kathy Steffenhagen; and his sister Lois Benton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Richard's name.
