She is survived by: her former husband James Thomas; her children, Mary Thomas, James Thomas (Katherine), Michael Thomas (Averyl), Jesse Wittenburg (Jen), Justin Wittenburg (Kelsey), Patrick Wittenburg and Zackery Wittenburg (Shianne); her grandsons, James Thomas and Christopher Worzalla; and her great grandchild Jade.
