A candle has been lit

“In loving memory of John R. Jones, With deepest sympathies. I am Dan Owens' son and Edwin & Marie Owens' grandson. Their farm was just north of the Jones farm. I met John 10 years ago when I interned my parents ashes at the Caersalem Cem. I visited John twice in the last 10 years and we exchanged letters and phone calls. I just recently learned of his passing from his obituary. John was a good friend of mine and my family and was a genuine man. Love, Dave Owens”
