He is survived by: his children, Ken Lewallen (Debbie) of Wild Rose, Dallas Lewallen (Therese) of Berlin, Gail Schulke (William) of Pine River and Carl Lewallen of Wild Rose. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; other relatives and friends.
