She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kempf and Gertrude Kempf (Bartel); her former husband Donald Hoeppner; her sister Elaine Brey (Norman); and her daughter Jan Louise Jakubowski.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Jakubowski (Arlene) of Muskego, Jamie Jakubowski Schnell (Jeff) of Waupaca, Jeffrey Jakubowski (Marcia) of Waupaca, Jalaine Jakubowski Nitzke (Scott) of Poy Sippi, Joni Jakubowski of Brookfield, Jason Jakubowski (Patty) of Princeton and Jared Jakubowski (Jessica) of Pewaukee; her grandchildren, Michael Jakubowski (Anelise), Juliana Wischer (Sheila), Shane Miller (Jennifer), Brian Miller (April), Amber Ford (Steve), Adam Jakubowski (Theresa), Kelsey Goggins (Sheldon), Andrew Jakubowski (Nicole), Brianna Klopotek (Myles), Jenna Chenow (Matthew), Kevin Krumrai, Jackie Jakubowski, Michelle Jakubowski, Austin Jakubowski, Bryson Jakubowski, Nickolas Jakubowski, Bradley Jakubowski and Ava Jakubowski; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Drobot, Chad Gehling (Alyson), Cody Jakubowski and Alicia Jakubowski; her half-sister Judy Kempf; and her stepbrothers, Jim and John Laird. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, 6 step-great grandchildren.
