He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris S. Mandeik and Josephine B. Mandeik; his wife Eunice J Mandeik; and his children, Debra Lynn Mandeik and Scotty Mandeik.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Denzer; his daughter-in-law Debra Mandeik; and his grandchildren, Scotty Mandeik (Brenda), Kerry Lehman (Rick), Travis Mandeik, Mandy Friday (Nick), Teri Schmidt (Tom), Iola and Kris Denzer (Jamie). He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
