He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman; and his grandparents, Emil, Lena Hoffman, Clarence and Maise Olson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Hoffman (Jackson); his siblings, Debra and Gary (Barb) of Whitewater; his mother-in-law Shirley Jackson (Sarah); and his pet Nikki. He is also survived by many cousins, aunt, nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wisconsin Humane Society, First English Lutheran Church in Whitewater, and the Whitewater Community Food Pantry.
