He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Cooper and Iva Cooper (Evans); his siblings, RoseMarie Burdick (Doug), Lucille Bartz (Speed) and Allen Cooper (Maxine); and his sisters-in-law, Carol and Jan Hallock.
He is survived by: his son Bill (Lisa Borzynski) of Eagle; his wife Nancy Hallock; his children, Ben (Karla Hebert) of Munising, Tim (Pam Wilson) of Green Bay and Amy Schumacher (Greg) of Anchorage, AK.; his grandchildren, Nicole Pacl (Jon), Sharon Hollingshead (Brandon), Andy (Hannah Zink), Rachel Cooper, Matthew (Samantha), Erin, Audrey, Emma Cooper, Quinn Cooper, Gus, Rudy and Heidi Schumacher; his great grandchildren, Ellison Pacl, Brooke, Ben and Aubree Hollingshead; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Hallock (Jill), Andy Hallock and John Hallock (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
