We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2024, at the age of 25, Patience Celeste Blums of Whitewater, Wisconsin, born in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Mary Vance and Shelly Vance; her uncle Luke Vance; and her pet Regit. She is survived by: her parents, Kelly Vance and Mark Blums; her stepfathers, Ryan Anderson and Nathan Jahns (Erin Antony); her siblings, Sparrow, Eliah, August, Rhea, Arianna and Hunter; her grandparents, Roger Vance and Pamela Kingsley; and her aunts and uncles, Heather Bradford, Connie Hilton, Diane Vance, Jason Vance (Brooke Welter) and Isaiah Vance (Kate).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (320 S Main St, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
