He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Jess Campbell and Laura E. Campbell (Hitch); his daughter Nina; and his brother Richard Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Karin E. Campbell (Stromgren); his children, Ingrid Cassidy (Dan), Jim Campbell (Karly), John Campbell (Nancy) and Dave Campbell (Kathy); his grandchildren, Sarah Gervasini, Danielle Cassidy, Erin Campbell-Wagner, Katie Campbell, Laura Campbell and Peter Campbell; his brother Bill Campbell (Helen); and his sister-in-law Jan Campbell. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
