She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Hackett and Mary Belle Hackett (Pollock); her husband Dale Heth; her sister Marilynn Hull; and her son Steven Heth.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Valerie Heth (Art Bain); her granddaughter Monica Schwarm (Andy); her great grandchild Ada; and her nieces and nephews, Ron Hull, David Maasz (Dita), Barbara Hull and Dorothy Prouty (Mark).
