He is survived by: his children, Warren Bialk (Michelle) of Indiana, Dale Bialk (Kelly) of Michigan, Allen Bialk (Amber) and Heather Jensen (Cliff) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Aidan, Madison, Lillian, Patricia, Natalie, Amelia, Jason and Emerich; and his siblings, Neil Bialk (Sue), Kris Zukrow (Andy) and Julie Shelton (Rodney). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, former in-laws, maybe 3 trusted friends.
