He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Lemberger and Grace Lemberger (Rohrer); his brother-in-law Pat Ford of Grafton, WI.; his sister Luana Ford; his siblings-in-law, Erwin Sadow, Jack and Lois Hlavachek; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy Ford, Kelly Ann Ford, Todd Lemberger and Greg Sadow.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Hlavachek; his grandson Noah Lemberger; his siblings, Char Lemberger of Littleton, CO and Judy Brooks of Miami, FL; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Sadow of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law.
