It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger C. Haugen (Whitehall, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 18, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Haugen and Ruth Haugen (Skumlien); and his siblings, Lorraine, Elvira, Judy, Jimmy, Ruth Caroline, Jacky Ray and Florence Eleanor.

He is survived by: his siblings, Merton (Sharon), Hans Haugen and Flicka Torpen (Kenny).
