It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Violet Manka (Whitehall, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 7, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer and Florence Ryan Sr. (Kurth); her spouse Broney Eugene Manka; her brother Elmer "Junior" Ryan Jr.; and her grandson-in-law Troy Thomsen.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald (Ilene) of McFarland, John E. (Mary) of Whitehall and Broney James (Deb Crossfield) of Whitehall; her grandchildren, Kim Straka (Heath), Kristi Bartos (Thomas), Karla Thomsen, Jason Manka (Stacy), Christopher Manka (Malory), Jordan Manka (Amber) and Jared; her great grandchildren, Keaton, Harrison, Mia Straka, Ava, Ethan, Evelyn, Layla Bartos, Brody, Harlowe Thomsen, Ellie, Evan, Macy and Max Manka; and her siblings, Wally Ryan of Whitehall and Shirley Mathson (John) of Whitehall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Saint John's Catholic Church or the Gundersen Tri-County Hospital Foundation.
