He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Pientok and Martha Pientok (Bautch); his children, Gary and LouAnn; his wife Mary; and his siblings, Monica Dejno and Alfred.
He is survived by: his children, David Pientok (Laura Tomasko), Tom Pientok (Christine) and Linda Crawford (Gary); his grandchildren, Scott, Jacob, Anna, Grant, Garrett, Gracie, Michael and Adam; and also Memphis.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials to be directed to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, the Tri-County Therapy Center or the Pientok Family Scholarship Fund.
