He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Hagen and Mary Hagen (Smart); his parents-in-law, Myron and Virginia Dale; and his brothers-in-law, David and Gerry Dale.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Hagen (Dale) of Whitehall; his children, Daniel Hagen (Karyn) of Emanclaw, WA and Bobbi Johnson Karteway of Ligioner, IN; his grandchildren, Randy (Kacey), Berent (Vania), Terek Hagen and Breane Lyga; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jaxon and Hayes Hagen; his brother Charles Hagen (Carol) of Arkansas; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Haugen (Merton) of Whitehall, Sarah Dale of DePere, Gloria Dale of Ettrick and Wayne Dale (Valerie) of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
