He was predeceased by: his mothers, Germaine Puchalla and Irene Puchalla (Sobotta). He is survived by: his wife Kitty of John's Catholic Church; his brother Gerald Puchalla; and his sons, Todd Puchalla (Melissa) and Tom Puchalla. He is also survived by grandkids, cousins.
