James S. Shoemaker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James S. Shoemaker of Whitehall, Wisconsin, born in Augusta, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Shoemaker and Gertrude Shoemaker (Kattestad); his siblings, Charles Shoemaker, Marjorie Ihle, Betty Wright and Annabelle Shoemaker; his parents-in-law, Clifford, Rose Sonsalla, Jacob and Teckla Sonsalla; and his siblings-in-law, Ernest, Clarence, Apolinary, Vernon, LaVern, Roland Sonsalla, Richard Warner and Joyce Shoemaker.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Sonsalla; his daughters, Donna Shoemaker (Gary Rebarchek) of Whitehall and Dee Ann Anderson (Michael) of Whitehall; his grandsons, Drew Anderson of Whitehall and Micah Anderson; his siblings, Don Shoemaker (Ann) of Osseo, Joanne "Dolly" Shoemaker of Osseo and Shirley Warner of Janesville; and his siblings-in-law, David Ihle, Foster Wright, Janet Peterson and Emerine Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
