He was predeceased by: his son Gary; his grandchildren, Scott, Keith, Tina and Robert; his great grandchildren, George and Louisa; and his great great grandchild Adaline.
He is survived by: his son Gene Koch; his sister Rita Leiseth (Einar); his nieces and nephews, Harold (Linda), Sharon Randall (Terry), Mary Lou Anderson (Rick), Gene (Lisa), Theresa Jochum (Pete), Joyce Swieton (Joe), Bob, Bill (Donna), Cindy Osborn (Frank), Charlie (Helen), Tammy (Keith) and Angela; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Duwayne and Angel Taylor (Justin). He is also survived by 42 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
