He is survived by: his wife Joanne Selkurt-Martin, MD; his daughters, Julie Martin, MD (Steve Hayden) and Elizabeth Bjerke (Andrew); his grandchildren, Lily, Alexander, Owen Hayden, Logan and Madeline Bjerke; his parents-in-law, Jim Kroening, Loretta, Dan Miner, LaVerne Selkurt, Lynette, George Zimmer and Lenny Selkurt; and his nieces and nephews, Joanne Chalgren, Connie Ducklow, Wes Kroening, Mary Kroening Tompkins, Paul Kroening, Gwendolyn Nguyen, Cassaundra Selkurt and Chloe Selkurt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Whitehall Fire Department or Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners.
