He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Arlene Slutzky; his children, Melinda Slutzky, Stacy Odom (Richard) and Steven Slutzky (Christine Litak); and his grandchildren, Skylar Odom, Brielle Odom, Raven Odom and Asher Odom.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation appreciated.
