He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sattler and Eva Sattler; and his brother Eugene Sattler. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kurman Sattler; his children, Richard Sattler (Annette Lurie) and Julie Sattler Rosene (David); his grandchildren, Laurie Sattler Siegel (Los Angeles), Lindsey Sattler Resnick (Chicago), David P. Sattler (Rebecca Walk), Emily Rosene Valkenburgh (Boston) and Erin Rosene Chechik (Providence); his great grandchildren, Zoe, Lila Siegel, Violet Resnick, James and Wyatt Valkenburgh; and his sister Leona Sattler Wasserman.
