She is survived by: her husband Renato Azcueta; her children, Cyril, Anna Marie and Raphael; her siblings, Maria Herrera (Zosimo) and Roselle Gaddi; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Marilou, Sr.; and her nieces and nephews, Brady, Dina and Pamy. She is also survived by sisters, other relatives and friends.
