It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Dow (Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 18, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Pascal Mecchella; her parent-in-law Joanne Dow; and her sibling-in-law Jeffrey Dow. She is survived by: her friend Rodney H. Dow; her children, Kristen Franceschi (John) and Bryan Dow (Rosa Garcia); her grandchildren, Anna Franceschi and Alex Franceschi; her siblings, Patricia Fornataro (Corrado), Joseph Mecchella (Brenda) and Elizabeth Recco (Rob); her parent Maryanne Mecchella; her parent-in-law Orrin Dow; and her siblings-in-law, Julianne Dow (Paul Rajeckas) and Oren Scott Dow (Lynette). She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
