He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neal and Jane Stewart (Pacer). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Horzewski; his daughters, Jennifer Dura (Chuck) of West Bend, WI and Anna Neal (Mike Mallette) of Parrish, FL; his sisters, Kathy Fyre of Dubuque, IA and Cindy Neal of Lake Linden, MI; and his grandchildren, Caiden, Breylin, Skye, Bodhi and Esme (Mike West). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Terry's family for a memorial to be established in his name.
