He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kemp and Daisy Radke; and his father-in-law Joe Skorie. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Skorie; his children, Roy Kemp Jr. (Stephanie) of Mountain and Rebecca Jo Kemp of White Lake; his grandchildren, Calan Jo Kemp, Aurora Mae Richardson, Lanna Lee Jesse and Charlie Jo Kemp; his siblings, Walter LaVerne Kemp, Jr. of Antigo and Belinda Spanbauer (Randy) of Antigo; and his mother-in-law Bernadine Skorie of White Lake.
