He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spencer and Lila Spencer (Joubert). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Spencer; and his sons, Tom Spencer (Jill) of New London, Scott Spencer of Olympia, WA, James Spencer (Jamie) of Amhurst and William Spencer (Letty) of Shiocton. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
