He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Holbrook and Vera Holbrook; and his siblings, Shirley Florios (Jim), Reese Larry Holbrook (Mary), Bonnie Holbrook and Billy Holbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Boltz (John), Michael Holbrook, Jr. (Christina), Mathew Holbrook (Brooke) and Miles Amorelli (Lynette); and his sisters, Marilyn Mielke (Bob), Sharon Pratt (Norman), Barbara Ricard (Jack) and Victoria DeVries. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
