She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Dehart and Angeline Dehart; her spouse Ransom Adkins; her siblings, Grace Roe, Acie, James Dehart and Claude Dehart; and her grandson Bryan Scott Adkins.

She is survived by: her pet Pooh; and her sons, George Rabon Adkins (Jean) and Arnold Daniel Adkins (Marj). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchild.
