He is survived by: his parent Frances Oatman (Springer); his father-in-law Howie Wilcott; his children, Chris, Christopher Oatman of White Lake, Keith Oatman (Mary) of St. Augustine, FL and Kim Joseph (Brian) of Antigo; his grandchildren, Scott Oatman of Eagle River, Sarah Orlowski (Lenny) of Greenfield, Stacy Oatman of Milwaukee, Anna Frommberger-Oatman of Germany, Adam Joseph (Jessie) of Tucson and Stephanie Gravitter (Christopher) of Antigo; and his sisters-in-law, Beulah Oatman of White Lake and Delores Stanke of Antigo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
